03/11/2025: It's been a good old Montana winter. We have had more than enough snow to deal with!!
As February passed and March is rolling, we do feel the touch of spring. It's gonna be a good water year!!

My self-publishing attempt #2 Past Master's Treasure has been fully revised with new book designs and many more new materials and been published by Coch-y-Bonddu Books in Wales, UK.

It's not just a second print. It is indeed totally revised with new additional materials that created quite an extension from my humble first self-published USA edition. Overall book quality = photo printing, colors, paper, etc. = is also quite improved.
All thanks to one of the most reputable publishers in the world regarding fly-fishing (and somewhat my effort!!)
My first edition and its promotion were quite successful, considering it was all one-man gig. I believed in my contents that would be worth sharing for much wider audience worldwide. It is quite an honor and achievement that my salmon flies and the compilation of them have been accepted in the origin of Atlantic salmon flies. I sincerely hope this book of mine will help fly dressers , aspiring to experienced, study and dress ever-challenging Major Traherne patterns.

Announcing The Special Deluxe Edition
The special deluxe edition consists of a copy of my book, a folding frame with one of Major Traherne flies, and a custom made leather book case that accommodate both.
This time, it's a subscription style, so to speak. I made one as the order comes in. Plus, prices vary by the fly patterns of choice and the purchase options (described below). Hence, I can't set up in my online store but we go with the direct communication.

1. A whole set = a copy of the book, a frame with your choice of fly, and a leather case.
2. A frame with your choice of fly and a leather case. This option is for people who have already purchased books from Coch-y-Bonddu Books.
3. A fly only. Framed or Unframed (same price but the shipping is more for the frame). Upon request, I do consider dressing new or different patterns from the list on the right.
