Bighorn River lives and runs with its own legend😲. After a few years of high-water and fish-count hiatus, the river is re-establishing itself and heading to the right direction.
water is running VERY COLD, upper 40s to lower 50s. NO HOOT-OWL RESTRICTIONS on the Bighorn. Sight-nymphing for big trout in small side channels or shallow shelves? YES!!!
Insect hatches? YES for PMD, YES for Black Caddis!!!!
