03/11/2025: It's been a good old Montana winter. We have had more than enough snow to deal with!!
As February passed and March is rolling, we do feel the touch of spring. It's gonna be a good water year!!

Took a little break from float trips and spring creeks, instead headed to a smaller stream for walk & wade fishing. Water still runs cold. Trout may not be big all the time but feisty. Actually pickier than I anticipated 😅. Oh and hoppers in Whooper sizes are hopping and singing along the stream now!!
